In-Network vs Out-Of-Network?
We are in the process of accepting other insurance carriers. For any insurances not listed on the accepted insurances page, Neurologic Optimal Wellness Physical Therapy would be considered an out of network practice (OON). What this means is that we will collect payment at the time of services. Upon your request a superbill can be issued which in return can be provided to your insurance for consideration of reimbursement.
