In-Network vs Out-Of-Network?
We are currently in the process of expanding our network of accepted insurance carriers. If your insurance provider is not listed on our accepted insurances page, please note that Neurologic Optimal Wellness Physical Therapy operates as an out of network practice (OON). As an OON practice, we kindly request payment at the time of services. After payment is made, we can provide you with a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement consideration.
