Six-Week Parkinson’s Wellness Program
This six-week wellness program is designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and overall mobility. The program includes a combination of balance training, light circuit training exercises, and cognitive challenges, tailored to enhance neuroplasticity and manage symptoms of Parkinson’s.
Mobility Training Program
8-Week Beginners Balance and Cognitive Program
This 8-week beginners balance and cognitive program is designed to progressively improve both balance skills and cognitive function through a combination of physical exercises and mental challenges. The program consists of two sessions per week, each lasting 30-40 minutes. The focus is on building stability, coordination, and mental sharpness.

- Brain and Body Wellness Circuit Class: is a quick, fun workout that combines exercises to boost both your mental focus and physical fitness.
- Balance and cognitive program is designed to progressively improve both balance skills and cognitive function through a combination of physical exercises and mental challenges.
- Brain Gain Bootcamp is a 8 week beginner program ( you can also choose the advanced program that we offer) that introduces the fundamentals of physical fitness along with cognitive function enhancement. This program is designed to improve your physical health, enhance your cognitive abilities, and promote overall well-being through a series of fun and engaging exercises.

Health Coaching
Health Coaching 1:1 with Dr. Banks (Telehealth)
(2 sessions minimum per month)
Focuses on guiding individuals towards making positive lifestyle changes that will improve their physical, mental, and emotional health. Health coaches provide personalized support, helping clients set achievable goals and develop sustainable habits. One of the key benefits of health coaching is that it takes a holistic approach to wellness. Rather than simply addressing surface-level symptoms or concerns, health coaches work with clients to identify and address the root causes of their health issues. They take into account various factors such as nutrition, exercise, stress levels, sleep patterns, and emotional well-being to create a comprehensive plan for better health.
