This program helps individuals with Parkinson’s disease move their body more. LSVT BIG effectively trains improved movements for any activity, whether “small motor” tasks like buttoning a shirt or “large motor” tasks like getting up from sofa or chair or maintaining balance while walking.

Strength Training Program
Goal: To provide a continuation of care once discharged from Physical Therapy to maintain and improve overall range of motion and strength.
Balance Training/Fall Prevention Program
To provide continuation of care once discharged from Physical Therapy to continue to challenge static/dynamic balance with the goal of decreasing falls.
Mobility Training Program
Goal: To provide continuation of care once discharged from Physical Therapy to maintain safe functional mobility. This program will include caregiver training who may require guidance in mobilizing their loved ones safely to prevent self-injuries.
Health Coaching 1:1
Focuses on guiding individuals towards making positive lifestyle changes that will improve their physical, mental, and emotional health. Health coaches provide personalized support, helping clients set achievable goals and develop sustainable habits.
If you see your doctor on an annual basis, you should also come see a physical therapist on an annual basis also! Your annual visit will help us determine your health status and identify health risks of individuals in the community.
